Mike was very responsive from the start. Tried to source parts to repair our original shower but was unable to so offered a very good value quote for a replacement. When we had an emergency with our shower (which could no longer be turned off), Mike came immediately to fix the problem. It turned out to be rather complicated, but Mike had no trouble sorting it all out. He then also fitted a new shower for us. Friendly, honest, reliable, efficient, and competent. Contacted Mike on a Sunday afternoon about replacing my faulty shower. After sending couple of pictures Mike gave me a quote and job was done on Monday afternoon. It took less than 24 hrs to get this sorted while I was waiting for one of my known guy to fit my job in his busy schedule for two weeks. Won’t hesitate to contact him again for any future installation.
Shower went pop on Friday. Overheated and melted casing. I explained what happened and took some photos of the shower - was told that a new shower was probably the best solution. I was quoted a reasonable price for a new shower so I went ahead. Job was completed on the following Monday, he was only here for around 90 minutes and carried out a professional tidy job.

I had a very old shower that needed replacing as it stopped giving out hot water. I contacted Shower Repairs Wirral, and I was able to get seen to the next day. Within an hour and a half, my shower had been replaced! Mark was able to source one for me without me needing to worry about that, and the price was fantastic! I called the mobile number listed here and got a quick answer. Arranged to come over to inspect my shower quickly and informed me that it was dangerous to use. Due to the lack of replacement parts I opted for a new shower install, and Mr Browne arranged a time that suited me that didn't leave me without a shower for too long. Despite a delay he was very good at communicating when he'd be over to fit my shower, and even kept my evening appointment. He did an amazing job of replacing my shower, even filling in holes left from a very old install. He left my bathroom clean and tidy, and demonstrated my new shower to me. I'm very happy with this service and would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs!
